Refund policy

SUKSAI 14-Day Returns Policy 

We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not, you may return or exchange your items back to us within 14 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must be based in the United Kingdom. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. 

1.2 The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. 

1.3 All items will be checked for tan, makeup, fragrance odour or marks/stains and will not be accepted if the item contains them. Please take extra care when trying on if you wear fake tan and remove any jewellery that may snag. 

1.4 Final Sale items are final. We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or credit notes. 

1.5 We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. 

2. Initiation of the Return or Exchange

2.1 To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

• Send an email at suksaiofficial@gmail.com. 
• In your email, please include:
  • Your order number.
  • A clear indication whether you wish to return or exchange each item. For exchanges, specify the size you would like to receive.
• Once we have received your email, we will respond promptly with the return address.
• Purchase a shipping label and provide us with proof of postage, including the tracking number.
• Drop off your parcel at your nearest drop-off location.

 

3. Return Shipping 

3.1 You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note, your initial shipping fee is non-refundable if you decide to return your parcel. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage with a tracking number and that the parcel is insured for the value of the items. We do not take any responsibility for lost parcels. Missing packages will need to be addressed with your chosen return courier. 

3.2 Please be aware that returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns posted after this period will not be accepted and will be refused. 

4. Inspection and Approval

4.1 Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.

4.2 If the return is approved, we will process your refund. 

5. Refund Process

5.1 Once the refund has been approved, please allow approximately 14 working days for the refund to be processed. 

5.2 Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. 

6. Exclusions

6.1 Returns or exchanges for international orders are not available.

8. Changes to the Returns Policy 

SUKSAI reserves the right to modify this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
